Add Hercules Mk4 Support

Tested on Debian 7.1 with Kernel 3.10-2-686-pae, as for MP3e2 also for this card there is no need for special hercules driver.

yes there is. 1st update on forum

then I've updated also the wiki
http://mixxx.org/wiki/doku.php/hardware_compatibility#community_supported_mappings
where I wrote that Mk4 will be supported for from 1.11.1, it's fine or did I was too optimistic? :)

As mixxx 1.12.0 it's still not ready.
Could you apply this patch on top of mixxx 1.11 released with ubuntu vivid?
