Bug Description
mpv is a new and promising fork of mplayer and mplayer2.
Detailed Info: https:/
Like mplayer2 it removes obsolete and broken stuff aggressively
and unlike mplayer2 it promises rapid development with merging
from mplayer-svn and mplayer2 continously.
Building instructions with Debian and Ubuntu specific hints: https:/
Seems to be parallel installable with mplayer/mplayer2.
Licenced under GPL 2+
