June 29th checkout doesn't build sys_parser on Ubuntu 13.04

Bug Description
Based on lp branch from June 29th 2013 you need to edit Makefile and remove sys_parser from BINARIES line in order to build recovery toolkit. This is on Ubuntu 13.04
