Bug Description
I have been running 12.04 since July 2012 without many problems (Skype sometimes freezes and if I close by pressing x, I cannot restart it.) until recently when I installed the lastest updates.
Sometimes the screen blacks out, comes back to life (This has just happened while I am typing this), blacks out again, and then seems fine - no explnation for this.
However, when the system does freeze, apart from the mouse which works fine, no keybaord input is registered, sometimes the Ctrl, Alt, F1 does take me to the blank input screen as suggested by someone, but hen I don't know what to do from there, so I just power off the system via the power button.
How can I undo the last upgrade to make my machine work again?
