No incoming calls when hiding callerID

Can receive calls fine but when hiding caller ID no notification is shown and no call received.

Steps to reproduce:
1. dial phone number - call is received
2. dial phone number while blocking caller ID (141 prefix in en_GB) - call rings on calling phone but ubuntu phone does nothing.

Still occurs on image 125 on mako
Use *67<number> in US to hide

Still occurs and is unacceptable. I am awaiting a call from the hospital and I cant answer. Anything I can do to help, or w ay to check some kind of log and force answer?
