Startup stops at "Running local boot scripts (/etc/rc.local)"

Bug Description

I upgraded my server from Edgy Eft to Feisty Fawn with the official method recommended. Everything is alright except that at boot the server stops at this line:

Running local boot scripts (/etc/rc.local)

Pressing Enter allow to go on and I can identify myself correctly.

Yes, I now upgraded to Gutsy and I have still this problem.

I have 8.04 beta and have the same problem. Clean install on VMware Server.
