Kubuntu Feisty is not in French

Bug Description

Installing from live cd, I choosed French localization, install process is in French but after rebooting the installed Kubuntu remains in English.

changing to French in System settings doesn't fix it, I had to add a new language -> French and let Adept download it

This workaround doesn't work for me. French language is said to be installed in the qt-language-selector, but does not work.

OK, it works after installing kde-i18n-fr.

Selecting "France" in localization pannel suggests "German" language !

I got internet connection (via Wifi) after installing Kubuntu.
