I don't recall having the problem with edgy; with feisty, even after a few minutes, a played-back video seems to loose audio sync and can be out my as much as 1 second after about 30min.
the audio can be resynced by fast-forwarding or rewinding just a little; playback will continue to lose sync after that point again. there are no audio or video quality problems, just a minor but annoying loss in sync.
i do have a fairly high performance machine, so i do not think that is a problem:
Asus z71vp P-M notebook, 2.1ghz, 1gb ram, Nvidia 6600 w/ binary drivers, feisty fully updated. |
