Bug Description
Binary package hint: gnome-session
I have been experiencing random GUI login while being inside of session. Also the session is not saved as it is. as in graceful shutdown.
After few minutes, hrs. suddenly one is kicked off the existing session & dumped back to the login screen. The system does not go to halt, or reboot or anything like that. It just takes you to the login. When one logs back in, then all the things one was working in the session just before is not there. Although all the changes of work have been saved by the various applications. It is as if there was no session in-between.

Thank you for your bug. That looks like an xorg crash. Do you have anything to /var/log/ messages, syslog, Xorg.0. log about that? What videocard and driver do you use?
