[needs-packaging] Unity Help Lens

The Unity Help Lens is a lens to provide access to help sources including Ubuntu help documents (through yelp), Askubuntu.com and various other help sources. It was originally developed as a lens to search askubuntu.com for answers to questions. Since then, the scope of it has been broadened to include any help sources.

Notes: The package builds to a lens package (containing the lens base and a default scope which searches help documents on the user's computer) and a number of scopes for various sources (currently askubuntu.com, manpages on the users computer, asklibreoffice.org and support.mozilla.com). It is currently built in the askubuntu-tools PPA (ppa:askubuntu-tools/ppa)
