 upgraded from ubuntu version 11.10 to 12.04

I got these errors shortly after updating 12.04 from update manager.

My computer screen goes black with a full screen of code, all system freezes no kill process works, must shut down. Other times, computer resets to login page where i must log in again and restart firefox.
