Bug Description
every time it's launched, cmcompiler checks to see if all the packages that it deems necessary are installed and then tries to install them via gui-based sudo.
this is a problem because (a) the list of necessary packages is outdated, and (b) the install packages you don't need "helper" process interferes with the launch of the main cmcompiler GUI...
BAD LIST :: the complained-about packages include (but are not limited to)
(and a readline library, of which i have some other version installed)
and these packages aren't even available... I have the gcc-4.5 versions of them installed and the compile works fine for me, but cmcompiler *still* needs to keep bothering me about them... what's up with that?
SUGGESTED FIX: I recommend that the package check be optional, and addressed WITHIN THE GUI and not before the main window even shows up. These programs aren't required to *launch* cmcompiler, so why not allow package installation to be part of the setup (along with picking the repo directory) and choosing the target architecture...

Be damned if you do, be damned if you don't. Packages are always changing. For majority of people this works fine. Of course this doesn't work for everyone. I don't plan on keeping things this way, and locally I have already moved the package installation into a submenu. I should have something in a few days.
I appreciate the report. When I release the new updates we can continue this report.
Thank you.
