Comment 1727 for bug 1

Hi :)
MS never had a majority market-share in computing as a whole.  Most people only notice what happens on the one machine sitting on their desk.  They assume the entire rest of the world must be using exactly the same thing that keeps crashing on their machine, from massive supercomputers to tiny phones and up to the space station, Mars and beyond and the ocean floor and upwards.

However, none of that has ever really been run on Windows, or at least not for long.  Most have been using Unix-based operating systems.  However most office and home users have only been aware of using Windows on their own personal machines.

Now that people are exploring other types of machines and moving away from just personal desktops they find themselves increasingly moving away from Windows.

Tom :)
