Hi :) The point i was making is that such things have moved on from just a couple of years ago.  The games industry has made occasional forays into Gnu&Linux-land but never gains traction.  This is despite such forays sometimes making significant profits.  I don't know how true but there is a story about someone porting quite a few famous legacy games such as Elite and releasing in a few different sizes and then asking people to pay what they felt it was worth, even allowing people to download for free.  The "unexpected" result was that a huge amount of cash flooded in and when broken down by OS it was the Gnu&Linux users that paid far more per download and in total.  The games industry then did what people normally do when they find something enourmously successful and highly profitable but a little unusual and possibly contra-intuitive.  They ignored the results.  Regards from Tom :) --- On Thu, 12/1/12, Faldegast
