[22.04 FEAT] Algebra lib optimization - Eigen

[bugproxy]

The Eigen library is the backend used by Tensorflow for computations executed on the CPU. It has been enhanced to support z14 via BountySource.

Also several GCC adjustments have been implemented to speed up Eigen.
While we are pretty close to the maximum theoretical performance in sgemm (float 32).

We still need to improve on the dgemm side (float 64).

We will keep you informed once available, before Feature Freeze...

Is this about libeigen / libeigen3 or is this a request for a brand new package?
Since there are already some linear algebra packages available with support for eigen-value calculations ...

Eigen is available here: http://eigen.tuxfamily.org

The new version 3.4 is requested in support of z14.

Update will be provided here, once available...

libeigen3-dev | 3.4.0-2ubuntu2 | jammy/universe | all
Hence closing ticket as Fix Released.

Eigen v3.4 landed in U22.04, therefore we can close this bugzilla.
