after resetting the ubuntu on windows app - I get an error on launch

Bug Description

I've reset the Ubuntu on Windows Preview app and then trying to relaunch the app on windows terminal, I get this error: "[error 0x80070002 when launching `ubuntupreview.exe']". If, however, I launch the app from the windows search bar - it works (install itself) and I can then launch it from Windows Terminal as well.
