mointheme: translated pages missing new theme

Translated pages of UW Wiki don't follow the new theme. There is no right side navigation and footer.

they need to be topped with
<<Include(Header)>>
for the right side navigation

and tailed with
<<Include(Footer)>>
for the footer

and even better, the header and footer could be translated and the pages could be topped and tailed with the translated pages to include.

I did change the header/footer for the homepage in Fr translation and it's better. :o)

Just one thing more: some of the pictures/logos are not displayed. They have a attachment logo at the place... :o(
I notice that it happen only for the customised pictures/logos and so suppose that they are not in a default place.

So the question is now: what is the path to those customised pictures/logos?
