Bug Description
The release notes link on the first screen of the install loads www.ubuntu.com instead of the release notes themselves.
Not sure whether this is a ubiquity problem or a server side problem.

The url used for the release notes can be found in /media/ cdrom/. disk/release_ notes_url and it is set to:
http:// www.ubuntu. com/getubuntu/ releasenotes? os=ubuntu& ver=12. 04&lang= ${LANG}
which ends up redirecting to www.ubuntu.com.
