The Ubuntu Countdown (http://www.ubuntu.com/community/countdown) has several banners available. The first option, which uses http://www.ubuntu.com/countdown/banner1.png returns a 404.

It's not an exact duplicate, but seems to be a consequence of trying to fix bug #642860.

In any case, the image is 404 now.
