As an addition: The link on the page, by saying "sign the canonical copy online", impies that that link leads us to a page to sign the CoC or a page to start the process of signing the CoC, but the page we go is simply a text of the CoC and CoC is already provided on the page where link is provided, just some lines below the link. So, either it should point to a proper place to (start the process to) sign the CoC or deleted, altogether. Another option may be to give (some) link(s) to download the CoC in some formats such as PDF or plain text.
