Bug Description

Page titles are currently being displayed in a rather large font size. This forces large titles to wrap and take up more vertical space on the page. I think it would be better to make the font size a little smaller in order to allow for longer page titles to be displayed on one line.

reduced the size a bit, but increased sizes of other texts slightly too so it is more in proportion. I am not sure it needs $wikititle in front of the page title.
