Bug Description

On www.ubuntu.com, the main nav link for the section you're currently viewing remains highlighted. The current light-base-theme only highlights them during mouse events.

Add the ability to mark a main-nav-item as the currently viewed item, so that it will remain highlighted like on www.ubuntu.com.
