Using Windows XP OS & Mozilla Firefox 2.0 Web Browser, do the following steps to reproduce the bug

 1. Login to launchpad.net (Your time zone should be Asia/Calcutta in Launchpad)
 2. Then browse to wiki.ubuntu.com in another tab or another window of the same web browser (You should not be registered earlier in wiki.ubuntu.com)
 3. Click 'Login/Regiister' link in wiki.ubuntu.com
 4. On the redirected page which collects information from the launchpad logged in user details, click 'Sign In' button.

Then the error page with the error message 'UnknownTimeZoneError Asia/Kolkata' will come up
Please find the attached HTML form of the Error Message page. I think that will help to figure out the bug cause.

I want to join the wiki too. Are Indians still not welcome on it?
