Bug Description

The Community Web Forums page at: http://www.ubuntu.com/support/community/webforums

points to a Portuguese Ubuntu Forum that no longer exists at that address: http://ubuntu.linuxval.org/

*As far as I know*, since mid 2007, the new address for the Portuguese Ubuntu Forum is : http://ubuntuforum-pt.org

Also the German forums link point to the Ubuntuusers homepage, not to the forum.
The link should be http://forum.ubuntuusers.de/ instead of http://ubuntuusers.de/

I have checked the other links and all seems to be the right ones. Only Spanish Forum and Chile forums doesn't load but I think is a server problem, as I know the two links are correct.

Probably the list can be integrated with more localized Ubuntu forums from here: https://wiki.ubuntu.com/LoCoTeamList (second table, "Forum" column)

As relative question, why doesn't exist a Wiki paragraph with relative Wiki page listing the localized Wikis?

Unfortunately, for that to work the wiki page https://wiki.ubuntu.com/LoCoTeamList would have to be up to date. And once again, the link on the wiki points to the non-existing http://ubuntu.linuxval.org/ , instead of the more up to date http://ubuntuforum-pt.org/ . For the ubuntu webpage to integrate with the above wiki page, LoCo teams should be urged to maintain it up to date.

Links fixed, thanks for the report.

In response to Volans' question "why doesn't exist a Wiki paragraph with relative Wiki page listing the localized Wikis?" I think the answer is that the page https://www.ubuntu.com/support/community/locallanguage gives sufficient information. In fact, given that localised forums are also listed on that page, I don't think there is a need for a separate page listing localised forums. A better solution would be to simply link to the locallanguage page.

@Matthew East:
I was referring to the http://www.ubuntu.com/support/communitysupport page, where there is a paragraph for each support channel (IRC, Forums, Mailing Lists) except for the Wikis, while in the left menu there is an item for each support channel, including the Wiki ( http://www.ubuntu.com/community/participate/wiki ) but without any information about localized Wikis.
Maybe something can be done for a better organization of the information in that section of the site.

I agree, it should be better organised. The link to the "wiki" page in
the left hand menu should be removed, as it is nothing to do with
support (indeed, the page itself is found in the "Get Involved"
section of the website).

If we do that, and my suggestion in the comment above about removing
the list of local language forums from the forum page, the "Local
Language Support" page in the Support section would be the definitive
place to get information on all types of local language support.
