Bug Description
Hello,
I have found a major "bug" that might prevent a large group of people from choosing Ubuntu as their preferred OS.
If you go to the Ubuntu website (http://
It is odd, that Ubuntu states one of its major goals was "that software tools should be usable by people in their local language", but its main website is (apparently) not accessible in a language other than English at all.
It is possible that I could simply not find the correct section on the site that makes it possible to change the language. In this case, this would still be a major issue, since it should be as easy as possible to change the language.

Is the endeavour of translating the website already taken into consideration?
I think it would be the best to have it done until one of the next releases, preferably 8.10 of course.
Personally, I would help doing it.
