Elbuntu should be changed to http://e17blog.tuxfamily.org/elbuntu.php/
SymphonyOS should be changed to http://symphonyos.com/
I have no clue about taiwanese version as I don't have a clue what do they write on their webpages :-) I only googled some mirror http://ftp.twaren.net/Linux/Ubuntu/UbuntuTW-LiveCD/ but I don't know how up-to-date it is.
