After downloading the Ubuntu ISO you are redirected to the following url:

On that web page there is a link labelled "Ubuntu Desktop Guide" which is to:
https:/
That specific wiki page is about how to work in the Ubuntu Documentation team which I don't think is the right information for somebody who just downloaded Ubuntu.
