Bug Description
I think the current insights.u.c layout has multiple problems:
1. It makes the content of the site the 3rd priority (after an editor's pick and events, which are often in the past). The events information should come after the articles, above the footer.
2. There is a content banner for each major category (e.g, cloud, etc) but when reading the site it's not clear that there are actually more cloud articles. To me, the tags under each article don't work because they don't look like links (they are in the same very light grey that is used for titles that you're trying to de-emphasise - everywhere else links are orange). I also see the "all resources" at the bottom, but give the new one column style that's a long way away. Have we tried a "More cloud articles..." link off to the right at the bottom of the cloud section (and then same for other sections)?
3. I find the dark banner running from side to side at the top drives me away from that content we're trying to highlight. Could be that it runs from side to side (as opposed to dark banner on http://
4. Everything in the server section also applies to cloud. Could consider dropping having a separate server section, or move to a 2 col layout?
5. In the "by topic" menu at the top, cloud should come first with desktop moved down to be near the other devices
On the positive side, I think the column style for phone/tablet looks better - may want to do that in more sections. And I like the collapsible info part at the top when looking at a specific topic.
