ubuntu assurance terms missing

Ubuntu Assurance terms are missing after the relaunch of canonical.com.

to fix:
1. please create a new page using this copydoc:

Hi Carla,

I've added the new page and it should be live very shortly, although, because it's at the root of Fenchurch I've had to raise an RT (#67096) to set up a redirect from Drupal to Fenchurch for this page, until the redirect is in place the url http://www.ubuntu.com/ua-assurance-terms will 404.

As soon as the redirect is in place I'll make the two management links live.
