Attempting to download the ubuntu desktop iso from ubuntu.com with javascript disabled downloads the wrong version

Steps to reproduce:

* disable javascript
* go to www.ubuntu.com
* click on "desktop" in the menu bar at the top
* click the "get ubuntu now" button
* select a version other than 12.04 LTS i386 (I wanted 13.04 amd64)
* find the "Not now, take me to the download" link hidden at the bottom of the page
* click it to download the 12.04 LTS i386 version (in no way what was selected)
* waste bandwidth

Hi Tommy,

We have rewritten the download pages which nolonger use javascript to pass the args to the thank you page.

You now do not need js to download any version.
