Attempting to download the ubuntu desktop iso from ubuntu.com with javascript disabled downloads the wrong version

Bug Description
Steps to reproduce:
* disable javascript
* go to www.ubuntu.com
* click on "desktop" in the menu bar at the top
* click the "get ubuntu now" button
* select a version other than 12.04 LTS i386 (I wanted 13.04 amd64)
* find the "Not now, take me to the download" link hidden at the bottom of the page
* click it to download the 12.04 LTS i386 version (in no way what was selected)
* waste bandwidth
