Ubuntu Pastebin logo does not follow style guidelines

Here is a quick monochromatic logo I made following the guidelines. It has the same resolution that the current logo used in the site.

Referred to the web designers here at the web team. They are currently mocking up a new logo based on the brand guidelines. We cannot use a black circle of friends as proposed by Adolfo.

If the logo is to be set against white, the CoF roundel must be Ubuntu orange.

I've attached vector and raster images of the logo set in the guidelined style.
