Bug Description

The shop site still links to the Launchpad SSO instance. It (and all non-Launchpad sites) should use Ubuntu SSO instead.

This is a known issue and has a dependency on Salesforce. It's been scheduled in with the EA team but is a non-trivial task.

Changes have now been made within Salesforce and the shop import (snaplogic) to enable us to use any form of ID. i.e. we now use and store the final unique 7 digits . A similar change has also been made in Form Assembly
Please note in the interim period we will continue to store and be able integrate using the full or reduced openID.

Changes can now be made to Forms.Canonical.com and shop.canonical.com to utilise Ubuntu SSO

This should be fixed as part of the web team's intangible shop project. Watch this space.

I expect we'll still need to fix this on the Merchandise Mania shop as branded merchandise will still be sold there.

Peter can you bring this up with webops? I believe they would manage this work.

Is there anything that still needs doing for this? I believe that the way shop.ubuntu.com now uses SSO is the same as most of our other sites. Can I set this to fix-released?

I see the shop still uses login.launchpad.net as it's openid provider.
It'd be great to switch that over to login.ubuntu.com. This is not
striclty related to this particular bug though I think.
