Bug Description
Please change pictures as they do not represent the services being sold. Do not show welcome kit if no welcome kit is sent to customers (false product/service representation).
Showing distinct differences between support contract levels visually should clarify the advantage of one level of service over another.
Suggestions:
Starter - A desktop icon, installation CD and an letter (email support) with a gear or wrench on it.
Advanced - A desktop icon, phone or headset and a gear or wrench.
Professional - A desktop within a desktop icon (virtualization), phone or headset and a gear or wrench + A "fake" windows networks icon.
