Download does not start automatically

Bug Description

When downloading the desktop version of Ubuntu through https://www.ubuntu.com/download/desktop, the download does not start automatically and I have to manually start the download. Other people are also having this problem so it does not have to do with my configuration. Also, I tested the Ubuntu Server download page, and the download did start automatically, so it seems that this bug is specific to Ubuntu Desktop.
