Bug Description

On the "How to" page here (http://www.ubuntu.com/download/desktop/create-a-usb-stick-on-windows), the instructions omit that a user must click Rufus' "Start" button before being prompted to proceed with Step 3. Simply choosing your .iso file does not cause the remaining prompts to display.
