Incorrect translation coverage claim

Bug #1573719 reported by Gunnar Hjalmarsson on 2016-04-22

Bug Description

The page <> claims in the "Accessible" section that "[the] Ubuntu [desktop] is fully translated into over 100 languages". The claim is not correct IMO for any reasonable definition of "fully translated".

This exaggeration was recently questioned at <>, and affects the credibility of the site adversely. Please change it to an (arguably) correct number of languages. Personally I'd say 50 rather than 100.

Thanks Gunnar, I contacted marketing, who gave us the number and we will update to 50.
