(Flavours Download) change link to Lubuntu on page to lubuntu.me

On the [Ubuntu Flavor Downloads page][1], the link from Lubuntu goes to lubuntu.net. However, if you look at the [wiki page][2], the current site is lubuntu.me. I thought I removed any references to this, but maybe it's still floating around.

In general this could be done with a redirect index.html on the previous web-presence (which's name should presumeabely be preserved in order not have them fall apart as meal to any web-spam hyenas)

Not really applicable to this discussion, but we'll work on changing those. Lubuntu.net was kind of outside of the control of the general Lubuntu team and was always a problem getting updated/changed, which is why we moved to Lubuntu.me. Hyenas can have the other one if it geos that way. :)
