middle-click and ctrl-click don't work on resource cards

Bug Description
I use middle-click and ctrl-click a lot to open a link in a new tab.
However, when you when you middle-click or control-click on resource card links, like the "Cloud Hosting Service Made Easy Webinar ›" one on this page http://
I imagine JavaScript is overriding the default browser behaviour. This should be fixed.
