Wubi download page missing skip donation link

When trying to download Wubi the option to skip the donation page is missing:

In addition to the missing link to Skip the donation, even if one edits all the donation fields to $0, the "Paypal" button doesn't change to "Download" button as it does for the Desktop version like the image shown in this answer:

There has been a major overhaul of the download system launched today which has unfortunately resulted in this bug. We will have a fix for this as soon as possible.

Next Thursday we're releasing 14.04 - which will then be the latest LTS release. But there isn't currently a 14.04 version of Wubi in development, so after next Thursday there won't be an "LTS" version of Wubi.

Because of this we're going to be removing all internal links on Ubuntu.com to download Wubi LTS (e.g. http://www.ubuntu.com/download/desktop/windows-installer from http://www.ubuntu.com/download/desktop/install-ubuntu-with-windows). After that point, anyone who still wants to download Wubi for 12.04 should do so directly from releases:

http://releases.ubuntu.com/12.04/ -> http://releases.ubuntu.com/12.04/wubi.exe

In the meantime, however, it was still true that currently people can't download Wubi from ubuntu.com even though there are links to do so.

I've put in a temporary partial fix by kicking off the download straight away on the /contribute page with a 301 redirect:

http://www.ubuntu.com/download/desktop/contribute/?distro=wubi&bits=&release=lts -> http://releases.ubuntu.com/12.04/wubi.exe

I believe this fixes this issue as much as it's going to be fixed for now.
