Bug Description

The Welcome page of the ubiquity installer has a link "You may wish to read the release notes" that just takes one to www.ubuntu.com rather than a release notes page. On early alpha/beta or daily ISO images perhaps this should take one to an empty wiki page that states that the release notes aren't yet written.

We use a formulaic link here whose redirect target is controlled by the website team.

Dimitri changed how these worked... they now point directly to the notes instead of via www.ubuntu.com, so closing.
