release-blog.ubuntu.com is abandoned and doesn't follow brand guidelines

I was exploring planet.ubuntu.com while I found a Feed: "Ubuntu Release Blog" which seems really interesting.
It redirect to: http://release-blog.ubuntu.com/
This site don't fallow the brand guidelines and moreover WordPress isn't configured at all. It use default section: Uncategorized and default theme.

There's a WordPress theme [1], all we need is just to install it. If
anyone has troubles getting it done, I could volunteer for that.

the site hasn't been updated for over a year. I have written the release guys to ask them what they want to do - 16 May 2014

I confirmed that the site is dead with Adam Conrad, so it has been decommissioned.
