Bug Description

We should add a link to developer.ubuntu.com appropriately [1]. I don't remember the context of the discussion that lead to the work item - perhaps dplanella can update - but I assume it was something like <a href="developer.ubuntu.com">Submit your own app for Ubuntu</a>
