Add an "Install" button

Bug Description

The web catalog should display an "Install" button on the details page for each app, with an apt:// href to take the user to the software-center to install the app if wanted.

For extra points, render this button only if the detected user agent is on an ubuntu box.

Sorry, I didn't get time to go for the extra points. I think we should go further than just whether the agent says Ubuntu or not... we could also use the distroseries from the agent (or lack of it) to indicate things like:

"Not available for your version of Ubuntu"
"Scribus is also available for your version of Ubuntu"
etc.
