newlines in Reviews inconsistent with USC

I left a review for Orchis GTK3 Theme using the USC client. On the USC client, my review shows the newlines I inserted, but on apps.ubuntu.com the newlines are stripped out.

See https://apps.ubuntu.com/cat/applications/orchis-gtk-theme/ and compare the review (Samer Masterson, 2014-02-10) with the same one in the USC client.

The newlines should be shown on the apps.ubuntu.com page, to match the USC client.

This is a different bug from https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu-webcatalog/+bug/879245 (Reviews displayed are not consistent with USC client)

You can see here that the new lines are preserved in the HTML, but are ignored b/c the review is wrapped in a paragraph tag: view-source:https://apps.ubuntu.com/cat/applications/saucy/orchis-gtk-theme/reviews-ajax/

I don't have the development environment set up on my computer, but I'm pretty sure this change is all that is needed. Can someone test this patch?

The previous patch had a mistake, I used linebreaks instead of linebreaksbr, which might break nesting.
