Bug Description
Regarding the "Email me a link to download" option:
It's confusing… there's no explanation of what it's for. Since there's no obvious link to download a plain .deb file, only an apt link, I thought it was so that people would have to subscribe to a mailing list to get .deb packages. So I requested a link using a junk account, and got an email… linking me right back to the same page. I wound up very frustrated until I figured out how to use the packages.ubuntu.com directory…
