Bug Description
The exhibits API [1] now supports an additional click_url, which should override the normal link-to-package behaviour of exhibits in the banner:
apps.ubuntu.com needs to include the click_url when importing and use it when available when displaying the exhibits.

Strangely, the current url for the hib banner:
https:/ /apps.ubuntu. com/cat/ applications/ ?pkg_name= spirits& pkg_name= bit-trip- beat&pkg_ name=fieldrunne rs&pkg_ name=uplink& pkg_name= spacechem
knows which package names are associated, even though the api currently doesn't define package names. I'm not sure if the db has been manually updated via /admin/ for this specific reason.
