Bug Description

Current version of http://people.ubuntu.com/~ogasawara/weatherreport.html links to milestoned bugs as, e.g., <https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+bugs?field.milestone%3Alist=1264>. It should instead link to <https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/hardy/+bugs?field.milestone%3Alist=1264>, because per https://wiki.ubuntu.com/RCBugTargetting, these are the bugs that are designated as critical for the milestone.

Fix has been committed to ubuntu-weatherreport bzr tree[1] and already updated/reflected in the latest view of the weather report[2]
