Today's UV Index is always 0

Bug Description

When looking at the current day's UV index, it is always 0. For the past few days, the app has been predicting a UV index of 6, and the weather has been bright sunshine, but on the day, it always says 0, which is clearly wrong.

Data provider: TWC.

Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better.

Does this still occur? Testing on my device I'm able to get UV indexes of 0, 1, 3. Also does this happen for all locations or just one? If this does still occur can you attach a weather app log from /home/phablet/.cache/upstart ?

Due to requiring additional information, I am going to mark this bug as incomplete for now.

Definitely still happening. It's consistently predicting UV indexes of 3 or 4, yet even when it is bright sunshine today's UV index claims to be 0.

I can't find any log files for the weather app in .cache/upstart/.
