Bug Description
Currently the weather app shows up under "Utilities" when the user selects a department from the Apps scope. The "Weather" category/department would be a better fit. This data would need to be updated in the Ubuntu Store.

Just tested this on my device and it now shows up in the "Weather" category for both the app scope and the store. This must have been fixed at some point, so I am marking this bug as invalid.
