Bug Description

The Weather app in the Ubuntu Store will fail to display today's max temperature when the following are true:
1. The maximum temperature is less than or equal to 0 centigrade or 32 fahrenheit
2. The Weather Channel provider is used
3. The units of measure for temperature is centigrade

These three things are very likely as 1) it's winter in the EU, 2) the WC is the default provider, and 3) the EU uses centigrade.

To reproduce,
1) Pick a location that is in a cold climate
2) Change the provider to Weather Channel
3) Change the units of temperature measurement to centigrade

If the temp is at or below 0 centigrade, the max temperature will not be shown. See attached.

It should be noted that the fix for this is known at this time. It affects both trunk and the reboot series.
